Many organisations and governments released their own chatbots to combat the spread of COVID-19 false information. Chatbots rely on natural language processing to answer questions of users by imitating human interaction. Through chatbots, many people can get answers to their concerns regarding the Coronavirus through applications they regularly use for instant messaging, and that are available at all times. The World Health Organization (WHO) has its own bot which can interact in English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, and Portuguese. Governments of certain countries such as the UK, Spain, and India have also released their own versions.
