Call to protect children's rights online in Sierra Leone

Sierra Leone's Commissioner for the National Commission for Children (NCC), Olayinka Laggah, has urged the country's Ministry of Information and Communications to considerincluding measures to protect children rights online in the National Telecommunications and Cyber Security Acts, which is proposed to be reviewed.Laggah, acknowledged the benefits of the Internet while highlighting the growing concern regarding easy access to inappropriate content  by children.
