According to the EU open Internet rules, national regulatory authorities (NRAs) should monitor and ensure compliance with the provisions on the open Internet. Additionally, every year, NRAs provide reports to the European Commission and the Body of the European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC). In its third consecutive year, the annual country reports from NRAs, covering 1 May 2018 to 30 April 2019, were published. The reports will be used as basis for the next BEREC report on the implementation of net neutrality rules and the next Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) report.
