The Belgian Development Agency (Enabel) in partnership with SES signed a framework agreement to deliver end-to-end satellite connectivity infrastructure including antennae, satellite bandwidth, and installation to 20 countries across Africa.
The objective of the partnership is to deliver digital solutions to over 130 sites that will improve the living conditions and health systems of the concerned communities. In addition, the framework agreement is meant to strengthen Enable's policy 'Digital for Development -D4D' that aligns with the efforts of the European Commission and sustainable development goals (SDGs).
