The World Bank grants$200 million in financing to support Pakistan's agricultural industry by adopting climate-smart technologies. The technologies will aim to improve water-use efficiency, build resilience to extreme weather events and increase the incomes of small farmers. The project aims to involve the private sector in obtaining technologies and providing the proper training for water user associations and households to improve water conservation and agriculture productivity.
