The Swedish data protection authority has launched an investigation into the use of Clearview AI app by Swedish entities. According to IAPP, the authority will send questions to police departments, the Coast Guard, the Migration Agency and others on their use of Clearview's facial-recognition services and whether their use of its services were legal.
