According to Telecom Paper, Netflix Korea is facing an investigation over infringing the country's data protection law. Netflix Korea could be fined for failing to comply with national law. The alleged violations include the Netflix website not providing an e-mail address of its division handling customer data, as required by Korean consumer data protection legislation.
