Reports claim Internet shutdown in Turkey's southeast

According to Turkey Blocks, the Internet has been shut down in Turkey's southeast region for a third consecutive day, affecting approximately 6 million citizens. The shutdowns were most likely connected to tensions between the government and the Kurdish regions, as protest erupted against the detention of a Kurdish mayor. The blackout affects both fixed and mobile Internet operators.
