Kenyans protest against New York Times photo

Kenyansprotested against a photo showing dead bodies that was published on the New York Times website following a terrorist attack on Nairobi's Dusit complex earlier this month. Several Kenyans complained about the photo which was prominently published on the newspaper's website and Twitter account. This led to an explanation by the paper about its editorial policies as well as a suspension of their photo account by Twitter. However, the picture was maintained and subsequently, a complaint was lodged with the media regulator, Media Council of Kenya.
