Turn On Enhanced Safe Browsing on Your Desktop

If you use Google Chrome on your mobile device, you can use Enhanced Safe Browsing on both Android and iPhone.The steps to turn the feature on and off are the same on both devices.

  2. ChooseSettings.

  3. ChoosePrivacy and Security.

  4. TapSafe Browsing.

  5. SelectEnhanced Protection. Optionally, tap thearrow or Infoicon to the right to learn more about the feature.

  6. TapDoneon the top right to exit the Settings.

  7. To turn off Enhanced Safe Browsing on your mobile device later, follow these steps again, but choose eitherStandard Protectionor No Protection. Again, please allow up to 24 for the change to take effect.
