Google will be the first company to comply with a new South Korean internet law that holds providers responsible for service errors. The South Korean Ministry of Science and ICT has confirmed that Google will take steps in order to provide stable services following the 14 December, 2020 incident when Google services went down globally for an hour due to an authentication system error.
