Facebook has lost an appeal at a court in Milan, Italy for copying an app developed by an Italian software development company, according to Reuters. Facebook was ordered to pay 3.83 million euro for copying the 'Faround' feature of Italian app Business Competence to their 'Nearby' function, a geolocation service.
