"A strong and rapid response by the federal government is needed to address the impacts of the Covid pandemic on healthcare, social well-being, and economic recovery.

There is a national imperative for Congress to approve a significant package as soon as possible so President Biden can sign it into law to provide the American people with the help they desperately need and get the economy back on track.

The package should recognize the vital role that technology has to play in supporting remote healthcare, distance learning, remote work, and high-quality broadband connections, which will enable us to truly build an inclusive future for all."
