The demands of increasingly mobile and digital consumers are creating unprecedented complexity for retailers and brands. How should retailers respond? We're going to tackle this question together on Twitter next Tuesday, October 27 at 1pm EST/ 10am PST.
Together, we'll discuss questions such as:
It's always been my experience that the best ideas emerge from a combination of people with different viewpoints, areas of expertise, and experiences. That's one reason I'm (@anabellepinto) looking forward to being part of the next#CiscoChat with my colleague, Ron Kjelden (@rkjelden), focused on how retailers can create shopping experiences that meet the demands of the new digital consumer.
Join us on Twitter next Tuesday for a live discussion on the digital experiences shoppers want - whether in-store, online, or on the go. We will bring together the thoughts of customers, influencers, Cisco subject matter experts, and analysts. Make sure you include#CiscoChat in your tweets to be included in the conversation.
During the chat, Ron and I will share some of the findings of recent research from both Cisco and IDC. For example, while many retailers have been working hard to increase the personalization of their shopper experiences, Cisco's research earlier this year revealed that hyper-relevance is an even more important concept than personalization. A hyper-relevant experience enables shoppers to accomplish what they want to do in the context of any given moment - whether or not they are personally identified.
We cannot be more excited to be joined in the live chat by the team at EKN Research who will bring a point of view of disruptive innovators focused on mobility in retail.
Please join me October 27that 1pm EST/10am PST on Twitter here. Whether you want to add your voice, or just listen, it promises to be an enlightening, and even challenging hour. I look forward to chatting with you! Follow @CiscoRetail so you don't miss a thing.
