Did China secretly arrest hackers?

TheWashington Posthas reported that the Chinese government quietly arrested several hackers upon a request by the US Government. The arrests were allegedly made a few weeks before the Obama-Xi meeting on cyber-espionage in September. This was seen as an attempt to reduce tensions between the two states ahead of the meeting. It remains to be seen whether the hackers will be prosecuted.
