US Appeals Court prevents plaintiff from using copyright to censor free speech

U.S. Court of Appeals (Eleventh Circuit) rejected an attempt to use copyright to censor online speech, inKatz v. Chevaldina. Shopping centre owner Raanan Katz, whose unflattering photo was used by a blogger, acquired the copyright of that photo and sued the blogger for copyright infringement.
