Over 1,000 Uber and Lyft drivers have blocked traffic to protest their low pay and working conditions in Manhattan. The caravan of drivers was headed to the municipal office to complain to the mayor that recent app changes will make it harder for them to earn a living. Drivers have reported working over 70 hours a week to make the equivalent of the minimum wage.
