With such a wide range of topics, workshops, sessions, and activities, Cisco Live has something for everyone. And that means that you have alotof options to consider as you plan your schedule.
Let's start with the basics, learning. Cisco Live Amsterdam has a variety of learning opportunities, frominstructor-led labs and workshops tobreakout sessionsand hands-on,walk-in labs. (All Walk-In Labs are available to all participants on a first-come, first-served basis.)
You can filter by technology, segment by speaker, narrow your search by day, and more in the session catalog. If you are looking to focus on a particular technology, don't pass over the Learning Map, where you can browse sessions in technologies likeApplications, Cloud, Collaboration, DevNet, Networking, Security, and much more.
If you would like to attend a Breakout (BRK), Instructor-Led Lab (LTR), or Interactive Breakout (IBO) and you havenotregistered, show up anyway. Pre-registered participants are allowed to enter as soon as the doors open. Then, five minutes before the session starts, any Full Conference or IT Leadership pass holder is allowed to enter (if space allows, of course).
If you currently hold a Cisco certification, don't pass up on the opportunity to earn Continuing Education (CE) credits that you can apply toward recertification.
Here's how it works:
Find the Cisco Live technical sessions chart on our Continuing Education page, which outlines which sessions are eligible for CE credit-and how many credits you can earn. Badge in to the session and attend at least 75% to earn the CE credits. About 2-3 weeks after Cisco Live, log in to the CE portal and submit your claim. (Yes, it really is that simple.)
Cisco Live sessions eligible for Continuing Education include:
You'll want to review the chart I mentioned above to see how many credits you can earn for the CE-eligible sessions above, so now is a good time to bookmark the Cisco Continuing Education Program for quick reference.
Now, let's talk about certification exams. As always, we will have an onsite testing center ready for your CCNA, CCNP, and Specialist exam testing needs. All exams scheduled onsite will be 50% off the regular price. Space is running thin, so don't wait to book your exam.
There is nothing quite like the energy and atmosphere at Cisco Live. And at the end of the day, it'stheplace to be for tech learning and certifications; where you become inspired, gain the skills and knowledge you need to stay competitive in the IT industry, and make connections that can last a lifetime. So, why not take advantage of all that Cisco Live has to offer?
