Reuters reported that Huawei has appealed against a court decision that allowed the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) to resume 5G spectrum auctions. The country's 5G roll out has excluded Huawei. A Swedish court backed an appeal by the PTS against a ruling to halt the auctious on 16 December 2020. In response to the decision, the PTS announced on 18 December 2020 that it would resume 5G spectrum auctions on 19 January 2021.
